As our district continues to grow, so do the needs of the fine arts programs that serve our young artists. The goal of this campaign is to raise the funds needed to replace and add new band instruments, theater equipment, art supplies and to grow the music library.

Giving to the school fine arts just got easier. The Fine Arts Wish List allows you to choose to designate your donation towards the cost of a specific item, program, or towards a general fund that prioritizes the purchase of items on a most needed basis.
Donations can be made by personal/business check or debit/credit card. Card donations can be made on this website and processed instantly. Check donations must be made payable to Gilbert Fine Arts Boosters and mailed to PO BOX #192, Gilbert, IA 50105. Should you wish to donate by check, we ask that you kindly document your offline donation on this website so that we are able to track and reconcile all donations received. If you prefer not to mail your check, please contact Laura Bernard at (515) 556-9241 and we will gladly arrange to pick it up.
Absolutely. After you select the donation amount you will have the option to make your donation anonymous and enter, in a comment field, the name of the individual(s) whom your donation is in memory/honor of. We can even send an e-card or mailed card to the honoree or their family on your behalf.
The Gilbert Fine Arts Boosters is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that benefits the fine arts programs at all Gilbert community schools. In general, donations to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations are tax deductible, however, donors should consult a tax professional about their own specific tax status and eligibility. All donations we receive are acknowledged with sincere thanks and the necessary paperwork for your tax records.
